In order to unlock all the additional boards please tap on the grey lock button on the bottom-left corner of the menu screen. Then, tap it again once it becomes a blue cart button. Press "Buy the full version" button on the popup that appears on the screen, then press OK on the next popup and then enter your Apple ID and password.

If you already purchased the additional boards, then in order to freely reinstall them please tap on the grey lock button on the bottom-left corner of the menu screen. Then, tap it again once it becomes a blue cart button. Press the "Restore previous purchase" button on the popup that appears on the screen, then enter your Apple ID and password in the next pop-up (make sure to use the same account you used for your original purchase).

If you already purchased the additional boards on your other device, then in order to freely install them on this device please tap on the grey lock button on the bottom-left corner of the menu screen. Your device is restricted from making in-app-purchases. To enable in-app-purchases please close the app, go to Settings->General->Restrictions and enable In-App-Purchase (or disable all restrictions).

In order to get the full version your device has to be connected to the internet. Please close the app, go to Settings app and check your connectivity settings.

In order to purchase the additional boards you should use the same account you used to download this app. There are two options: the first one is to close the app, go to Settings->Store, then tap on your current Apple ID and choose to Sign Out. Next thing is to Sign In with Using Existing Apple ID and the account you used for downloading the app. Another option is to delete this app, download it again from the App Store and then retry to purchase the additional boards.

If you cannot hear the sounds of the game please try the following options: Make sure the game's sound button on the bottom right corner of the screen is green. Make sure the device's mute button on the side panel of the device is off. Use the the device's sound buttons on the side panel of the device to make sure the sound level is not too low. If neither of the previous steps helped, please turn off the device by long pressing on the screen-lock button on the top panel of the device, and then turn on the device by long pressing it again.
